- Firstly, make the Kadai masala. In a pan, add coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and dried red chillies. Dry roast until slightly brown and releases aroma. Allow it to cool. Transfer it into a mixer jar and grind it into a coarse powder. Set it aside..
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add the onion, tomato and green bell pepper cubes and fry on high for a minute or two. Transfer them on to a plate and set aside. Cut the paneer into cubes and keep it in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside..

- Add salt and water and cook until the masala releases oil. Ie. For about 4-5 minutes..
- Add cream and mix. Cook for a minute or two..
- Now add the fried onion, tomato and green bell pepper cubes and the paneer cubes and mix it well..
- Add honey and cook only for a minute. Garnish with ginger juliennes..
