- In a kadai, add 2 tsp butter. Once it melts, add cumin seeds, onions, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns and salt. Keep in medium flame and saute till onions becomes golden brown colour..
- Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Saute till tomatoes becomes mushy..
- Cool it completely. Grind to a smooth paste..
- In a hot water add the paneer cubes and leave it for 5 mins..
- In the same kadai, add 2 tsp butter. Once the butter melts, add the ground masala, paneer, garam masala, kasuri methi, sugar and salt. Cover and cook for 5 mins..
- Atlast add cream and mix well. Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve..
